This journal is friends-locked other than VERY occasional fic posts. I will head over to your journal and see if we have similar interests first. It's not that I'm snooty, I swear! It's just that I like to keep my list manageable, since I don't use filters and thus read everyone's posts.
April 2017: I've made the move to Dreamwidth! Poking around, figuring stuff out, etc etc. I hope that the new group on Facebook as well as the uproar over LJ's new TOS and subsequent migration here for many people enlivens my beloved online fandom community. And me. I look forward to keeping these connections alive!
January 2014: Almost 10 years on Livejournal. The site and community have changed, grown, shrunk, etc. But it remains a place I go where I know I'm loved and welcome, where I get to know how old friends are doing, where I still discover some great recs in new and ancient fandoms...it's all good. :)
